Dear Visitors and Companions;

Our patients’ support from their relatives and meeting with their loved ones during their hospital stay will positively affect the healing process. We kindly ask you to address the following issues for your patients and health.

ACCOMPANIMENT RULES
– For the health of your patient and other patients, only 1 companion is allowed to stay in the rooms. At 10:00 p.m., only the patient’s companion can stay in the room.

– A particular diet program is applied to our patients. We have a separate companion menu for you during your accompaniment.
– We kindly ask you not to bring food and/or beverages from outside into your room. However, we kindly ask you to inform the relevant department patient counsellor and/or responsible nurse in case of possible catering.
– In our hospital, patient care is provided only by our medical staff; we kindly ask you not to intervene with the patient.
– There is no companion application in the intensive care units of our hospital. We ask you to be sensitive to the warnings and precautions for your patient’s recovery process and comply with the visiting hours, duration and application method.
– For the peace of mind of your patient and other patients, we kindly ask you not to talk loudly or make noise in the rooms and ward corridors.
– We kindly ask you to pay attention to the warnings regarding the use of cell phones.
– We kindly ask you to use the televisions in the rooms so as not to disturb others.
– We kindly request that you inform the floor nurse when you change your companion.

VISIT RULES
– Visiting hours at our hospital are between 10:00 – 22:00 on weekdays and weekends. Our visiting hours may vary in different departments. You can get detailed information about this from the patient counsellor and/or the nurse in charge of the relevant department.
– In unusual circumstances regarding the visit (emergency inpatient), you can contact the supervising nurse.
– Children under 10 years of age have low body resistance. To protect your child’s health, we advise you not to bring them to visit.
– Our hospital applies a special diet program for our patients. We kindly ask you not to bring food and drinks into the rooms from outside.
– We cannot accept live flowers in the rooms due to the risk of infection. We kindly ask you to deliver your flower to the person in charge in exchange for a “flower card” to be given to your patient after discharge.
– After the operation or surgical procedure, your patient’s doctor will come to the room to give information, so we ask you to wait for your patient in the room during the operation. For your patient’s health after the surgery, we kindly request that no more than two visitors are in the room simultaneously.
– During your visit, we kindly ask you not to sit on the patient beds for hygiene reasons.
– Hand hygiene during your visit is essential for you and your patient. For this reason, we kindly ask you to use the hand sanitisers available in patient rooms before and after your visit.
– We kindly ask you to limit the duration of your visit to 10 minutes per visit.
– For the comfort of our other patients, we kindly ask you to avoid any movements that may cause discomfort during your stay at the hospital.
– We kindly ask you to pay attention to the warnings regarding the use of cell phones.
