Emergency Service

The Emergency Department of Private Medikar Hospital, which is aware that it is very important to provide the first intervention to patients in the fastest and most accurate way, provides uninterrupted service to our patients 24/7 with its advanced technical equipment, supporting medical equipment and experienced physician staff.

Our patients who apply to the Emergency Department are evaluated by our team here. If deemed necessary, our specialist doctors and auxiliary staff from other departments in our hospital are invited without wasting any time. Thus, a coordinated and fast working environment is provided in the diagnosis and treatment process. The Emergency Department is supported by all existing branches in our hospital during working hours. It is also supported by specialist doctors when necessary outside working hours.

All departments such as General Surgery, Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Otorhinolaryngology, Gynecology and Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, etc. are at the service of our patients. Thanks to this communication network we have established with our “patient-oriented” approach, all necessary interventions can be made in the fastest way possible. In the observation and intervention rooms of our Emergency Department, which is equipped with medical devices configured in accordance with the latest scientific standards, first intervention, examinations, observations and treatments are provided to our patients. 24 hours a day, imaging devices such as X-ray, Computed Tomography (CT), Ultrasonography and all laboratory tests are also performed on an emergency basis. In addition, our patients are reached as soon as possible with our fully equipped Ambulances and necessary preparations are made in coordination with our Emergency Service. If deemed necessary, our ambulances continue their duties with the same meticulousness in out-of-town patient transfers.

Our aim is to serve our patients with “service integrity”. All our personnel working in the Emergency Department renew their knowledge through in-service trainings organized at regular intervals and are constantly informed about the latest developments in the literature.
