   Obtains information about the opinions and thoughts of all patients, patient relatives and employees who receive service from our hospital. Evaluates all reported opinions with the support of the relevant unit managers in order to improve our service quality. It returns to our patient who reported to the department about the plans and results made after the evaluation. Your thanks and positive opinions are shared with everyone and every unit whose name or department you specify and on our web page, as well as with the supervisors of our staff you thank. Not only our Patient Rights and Relations Department, but also all relevant senior managers are interested in your complaints and negative opinions for solution purposes. The Patient Rights and Relations Department contributes to the development of our hospital with your contributions as much as it contributes to your satisfaction.

   between 08:00/14:15 on Saturdays,

   (12:00-13:00 is the lunch break).
